It's kind of heartbreaking. This is my kids favorite place to go but there's so slow... Every time we've gone there, it's at least a half an hour. 40 minute. Wait if not more and we order a head on the mobile app
I placed an online order 20 minutes in advance, and when I arrived at the store, I still had to wait over 25 minutes for them to prepare my food. Inside the restaurant there is barely any service, the employees seem to prioritize only the drive-thru and spend time talking to each other instead of helping customers. Very disorganized and no consideration for people who order ahead.
Should not have a drive threw. Wife placed order online. Was the 10th car in line, at 8 o'clock at night. Took 20 minutes just to get to the order spot.
