Food was stale like it was sitting for hours. No ice in my drink and I didn't ask for no ice. Horrible would not recommend.
They said they did not have the beans for my food when I came in with a group, but when another group of people came in they gave the order with beans and gave there orders before we got ours even though we were here first. Just because we were Indian.
Very disappointing experience. I waited 45 minutes for just three tacos, even though there was no line in the drive-thru and no customers waiting inside. When I asked why my order was taking so long, the employees just smiled and laughed instead of giving me an explanation or apologizing. That made me feel disrespected. The customer service was very poor, and there was no sense of urgency. I understand that delays can happen, but customers deserve to be treated with respect and kept informed. Rude customer service. Workers do not have any courtesy. Especially the worker with purple hair.
