I came in today for the $1 Enchirito. I came to the drive-through to place my order and was told that I needed to place my order through the app to get the deal. I agreed and they asked me to pull forward to the window which I did. I told them I would pull around after ordering on my app and the young lady asked me if the Enchirito was all I was ordering and I told her yes. I ordered the new Chalupas, and I wasn't aware they came with an orange creamy sauce because the menu picture didn't show any sauce. I don't eat any type of sauces, so I politely asked the manager, Dana, if they could be remade without the sauce. Dana told me that I would have to pay for them again if I wanted them remade. I then asked if I could receive a refund since I couldn't eat the food as prepared, but she refused, stating that there was nothing wrong with the tacos. This isn't a bad place the food is good and all that the problem is have is the music is so loud you cant even sit at the table with your family and have a conversation they need to seriously turn the music down other then that its a good clean restaurant the restroom is always clean lobby is clean and friendly staff when you do have to interact with them.taco bell just fix the loud radio
