This Taco Bell here in Lincoln is a disgrace. Everytime we stop here there is no one inside or drive thru and it still takes 30-40 mins to get food out. This isn’t a 5 star restaurant. I always ordered extra steak on our items and pay for it but we don’t even get what is usually supposed to be on it. I sat here and watched this kid make our food he started on one luxe box the food been sitting in one box for over 15 mins getting cold.
