Hungry again I stopped in at Taco Bell first I bought a bean cheese onion burrito then s few minutes later I ordered s spicy potatoes soft taco with plugs of mild sauce nice friendly staff nice clean store nice atmosphere overhead music
Cold food, no help from staff, my order was completely jacked and the lobby was out of sauce. Definitely suggest employee retraining and prioritizing customer service.
I love taco bell but 100% dislike you have to order from a kiosk now instead of with an employee at the counter.
12/30@3pm 2025 Kiosk only. Manager is all about telling everyone in the store that she won't take your order for you. Not set up for multiple orders or cash. I watched a family with kids wait 5-10 minutes to pay cash after the manager told them kiosk only. A person walks in from the drive thru super angry at the manager who was rude to her and made her park practically across the street. She ordered on the app and didn't get her food. The workers at the Drive thru are always very pleasant every night even though they get too busy with Continental getting off workat 11 at night. No complains and always fast service. Thank you!
