I've recently moved to Covington and the simplest of orders they can't get right. I haven't had a decent experience yet
I did a mobile order and before I got to Taco Bell, they gave my order away to someone else. We was sitting inside for about 30-40 minutes before we even got our food. They were giving attitudes and rolling eyes as if it was my fault they gave my food away.
If I could’ve left zero stars I would. 45 minutes in line. 3 cars. Stuck in line for 2 items. No apology. The drive off and the food is ice cold. First time at this location thought it was a fluke. The second time, never again.
I just tried to order Taco Bell for me and my family and this rude worker at the window started yelling at me because I hold my granddaughter to order. she started cursing at us, refusing our service telling us that she does not care if she loses her job and called us nasty names.
