I go to Taco Bell in Edgewater Maryland, order online and it goes to the wrong restaurant, all the way in Gambrills, on Rt. 3. Neither restaurant is able to help me, give me a refund. They say to call app support. App support is closed for 2 days. They can’t just put a freakin cancel o. The app that stays there until you pick up your order. Unbelievable. Sat in the drive thru for more than 20 minutes. Multiple people left and no one was taking orders at the speaker it seems like. Edit-big chunk of the bottom of the bag had sour cream on it and he spilled the drink on the driver a little bit.
