Went to the drive thru ordered 4 things, the guy throws my receipt away. I asked for a receipt and he says the printer is out of paper. I get home and the soft shell taco supreme is refrigerator cold. You could feel it as soon as you touched it. We unwrap it and its wet. Last time they forgot my taco.please do better
Theirs Online Customer Service is Very Very Bad
My husband and I order through the app and pick up through the drive through once a week. EVERY single time, we are missing food. Not just one item but 3-4 every time. HORRIBLE.
I went through the drive through, and they did not fulfill my order properly. I was already at my office before I realized food was missing. This is careless, and I may not go back. I went there on a whim. Haven't been there in years.
Visited today and the staff is so nice, clean restaurant. Enjoyed my experience here.
