Tends to be a trend they don't give out sauce packs when ordering 3rd party. That's the only thing that makes the processed food taste better.
Went Saturday night 11/8 around 7:30 or so. Ordered online for pickup. It only took maybe 5 mins once I got into the store, which I didn’t think was a long wait at all. They were out of the drink I wanted but the (maybe manager?) got me a similar drink and asked if it was ok, which it was. She also provided 2 coupons for a free taco for the inconvenience. Great customer service by providing an alternative as well as the coupons. Food was correct and tasted great as well.
We ordered through drive thru and they forgot our burrito and I went inside we payed for it and it’s been like 30 minutes and we had to leave so they stole are money
