Very pleasant group of people! Very polite and well mannered! I’ve spoke with several of the team members and every one of them were extremely polite! This is what customer service should look like! Great job to that team!!
30 minutes for a 3 item takeout order is wild.
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Taco Bell. The dining area, kitchen area, and men’s restroom appeared very dirty. There was food and debris on the floor that had not been cleaned up, and a wet floor sign had been placed over part of the mess instead of it being swept up. I also found an unidentified spot in my nacho cheese, which made me uncomfortable about the cleanliness of the restaurant. They have a manager living out of her car in the parking lot, drying her clothes on the outside tables making the unable to be used, which I would be a bit more sympathetic about, if said manager didn’t scream and curse me and my partner out, and chase us with her car for over five miles trying to ram us and drive us off the road for honking and “waking her up” and then calling the GPD claiming WE hit HER car. Unacceptable they need to take out their trash if you know what I mean.
Went in there the manager just standing there touching her face mouth finger on her teeth then goes out to the lobby sits down reading a book why there's 5 people in there waiting for there food store is a mess all the employees was all on one side of the line the other line had food pieces all over the table. I would NOT have feed my dog from there. Thank god I was just picking up a doordash but waiting 15mins past my pick up time is crazy. Something needs to be done. Wont let me give zero stars. 00*
