Taco Bell app acted up, placed a small order. I went thru Drive through to fix the problem. STAFF WAS UNIFORMED HOW TO HELP. RUDE AND EVEN HUNG UP BEFORE CONVERSATION ENDED. At a differnt store at North town mall, they were very nice and resolved the problem. Customer care at this location is awful and wonderful at another.
I get a craving for Taco Bell every now and then and it's always pretty good, until about an hour later
Food was prepared promptly. Staff was nice.
