Terrible service! No customer service. Try calling them and they don't answer the phone during business hours. Can't even get my refund for food not delivered.
had an order not show up delivery and went to call this location which i ordered from and they would not answer their phone.
Would rather order from an employee, not a self serv kiosk.
I ordered the new Flamin' Hot Disovery Box and 2 Doritos tacos last night to try the new burrito through the drive thru - there were maybe three cars total in the line and we all got instructed to pull to the mobile ordering spots in front to wait on our orders. When the employee brought out my food, he handed me a bag and started to walk off. I told him that he forgot my drink and I was told to go through the drive thru for a second time to receive it.
