GOATED STAFF AND ACCURATE ORDER!!!!!! This taco bell is managed very well!
They do nothing but talk bad about their customers behind the counter they roll their eyes at customers not friendly at all they mostly play around in the back and the food is never ready I would love to give a better star review but you all need to hire better people they are always calling each other names in front of there customers please don’t go to this Taco Bell they are so slow and don’t know what they are doing
We spent 35 minutes in line and there was three cars in front of us. They gave us a coke ... I would rather have had my food 15 or 20 minutes earlier. They said that they had went to lunch and was low on employees. I had read on facebook that the line was super slow and there was lots of talk about it but I thought it wouldnt be so bad. I was wrong.
It took them 1 hour to get us our food. I regretted going here. Once we got our food it was almost correct and tasted decent. We thought it would be a quick bite to eat and be on our way. We were wrong. We saw they were very busy so we knew they had many orders, but an hour? Many people asked for different sauces and I heard they were out of each. Getting food made and out to customers seemed incredibly poorly managed.
Waited over 30 min past the order due time. All employees were moving extremely slow & nobody seemed to care that several people had been waiting for their food for 20-30 min. Food was not great. Small portions & cold. Will never go here again. Employees need some serious training in order efficiency & customer service, including the manager who was working at the time. Ridiculous & embarrassing for this store’s owner.
