Order took over 40 minutes to fill. Manager said two people left for lunch and didn't return.
Expect to wait roughly an hour for your food and the order won’t even be right
everytime we go to this taco bell it takes 30 minutes plus the food is always ready just sitting there getting cold they barely have enough product to even run the place they need to shut it back down and figure out how to efficiently run there restaurant i just spent 30$ on another cold meal literally not even warm and ordered extra sauce and chicken on my quesadilla and barely got ether 0s in every aspect would not recommend never eating at the crescent city taco bell again
I would advise staying away from Taco Bell for the next six months until they get their act together. They’re running with only one prep line, apparently it’s been down for some time. It looks like they’re filling the counter orders first, maybe so they wouldn’t have to face angry customers. And they got my order wrong 3x in a row. Unless you have 45 min to wait for fast food just go elsewhere.
Read the reviews, they are true. Twice I've been here and it was slow service. First time placed order on app to be stuck in a line out in the road to 101 not moving for 10min so cancelled and left. Second time figured two cars in front, not so bad, placed order on app, and drove up only to wait 15min in the drive thru to find out they made my order as soon as I pulled up then made the orders placed ahead of mine fresh so my order was a cold soggy crunchwrap and soda without any carbonation.
