We did not like talking to an AI robot to order through tge drive thru. They could not answer our questions. Then, we asked for green sauce in our two burritos and it was red sauce. Then, paid with cash did not have any pennies for change, we said it was fine. Bathroom toilet paper was paper thin and dryer for hands barely works!
This place takes order through AI and then you wait at the window without any recognition or anyone talking to you until your order is done. If something isn't on the menu but you're asking about it the AI just doesn't respond. This Taco Bell chain is the worst I've ever been to. AI should not be a part of the order menu.
So we've been in the line for a 1/2 an hour and we are still 3 cars from the window. So I certainly hope the food is worth the wait Hey how do I
