I usually just go through the line and get food, but everytime I get Deziree as the girl handling your drinks and payment, she is always an absolute sweetheart.
There is not a worse Taco Bell in Northern California.
Went through the drive thru and placed my order, didn't look at it drove to the beach to eat noticed that half my order was missing and not right. Called and spoke to the manager and she stated we got someone else's order. We went back and the manager was very apologetic and she told the back to recook our whole order and the young kids said "all of it" and she said yes.
