Honestly, this is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever gone through. Literally the girl working the drive-thru was the rudest employee I’ve ever experienced. Handed us one drink and our food, then slammed the window shut. Didn’t even speak to us. We sat and were waiting on our second drink. I had to literally call this establishment (they didn’t answer the phone mind you, then called me back) to get our drink. The guy was rude and hung up on me, then came to the window with a bad attitude. I’ll never be back.
I ordered online, was informed my order was ready for pickup but when I arrived there were employees sitting on the curb stating that they were closed. I was told there was no way to get my food and no way to get a refund.
