I’m surprised by all the negative reviews. I come here about once a month and always use the app and pick it up in the drive thru. They’ve never messed up my order despite me making modifications every time. They add plenty of hot sauce packets when requested. Workers are always friendly. My order is usually complete within a few minutes, even when they’re busy. Much better experiences here than the Iowa City location. For a Taco Bell, it’s definitely 5/5
The condition of the drive thru lane here will cause physical damage to your car. I won’t return until they fix this.
Service sucks. Got rushed at the drive through while in the middle of ordering then to leave and come back because there was hair in my son's burrito employees have on no hair net.
Staff was loud, swearing, chatting, and having lots of fun, while customers went without service. There were no forks and tables were dirty. It was about 2:30 and there were only 3 other customers.
We ordered each one of the boxes so we could try them all. Just threw is bag with no organization. So you could not tell if you were shorted. Also no sauce of any kind. Very disappointed.
