My family and I stopped in for lunch. It was insanely busy like most Taco Bells are between 12-2pm. A lady came to the lobby from the drive thru demanding a refund. She was absolutely awful to the manager. Talking down to him and belittling. If my 5 year old daughter wasn't with me I would have said something. To the guy who was mistreated today... Great Job! Drive thru service was great! 2 deluxe luxe boxes both tacos were so soggy and cold they fell apart! All the food was cold! $30 for cold food that falls apart is a failure, had the exact same issue at deer park taco bell.
