Probably the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I placed my order on the app, and waited 45 minutes before walking out without my food to eat elsewhere. The entire time I waited, the staff looked dazed and confused and were fiddling with the computer monitors more than they were actually making the orders. Every night, every night we come here there is a line and such a long wait after ordering. Why does it take so long???? What is the actual slow down? Can this not be prevented? How are you planing the prep and cooking? What is going on?????
Very nice people here and the place looks good. Food is always correct and good. It can get busy since they are the only taco bell in lindenhurst
