Paying 6 dollars for this? Why so stingy add meat.
When ordering at the drive thru they use AI. AI asks if you want to round up for students. Whatever that means. I said no, but it added the extra cost anyway. To top it off, I got home and they didn't give me my burrito. C-mon people.
Had to retake our order 3 times and still didn't get the right food. The manager on shift couldn't give me my change. Crew was unprofessional and acted like they didn't know how to do their jobs.
Soggy, wet, mushy tacos and crunch wrap ... so much for the crunch.
Was the last time I was there? Or I should say the most recent time I was there. It was to pick up a DoorDash, so the food I didn't eat service was good other than they were short-staffed. I feel like because the weight was pretty bad. Especially for doordash, the store was clean for the most part, but yeah, that's where i'm at with that
