I do not recommend this Taco Bell location at all. If you value getting your correct order and actually receiving everything you paid for, save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. My drive-thru experience started fine—the employee taking my order was friendly and repeated everything back to me correctly. I mentioned to her that on my previous visit, a couple of items were missing, and the manager at the time promised to replace them on my next visit. If I could give minus 5 stars I would!!! The girl on drive thru with the thing in her nose practically threw my drink, my change, and my food to me. She has a nasty attitude and need to be trained in customer service again!! I go there 3 times a week but I'll never go again!!
If I could give 0 star I would. I ordered nacho cheese fries earlier and this enchilada fries and the fries were so hard and burnt. I showed the nacho fries to the worker stating I ordered a cheese fries she kept saying it is cheese fries and that it has cheese. The fries on both is literally just BURNT/HARD/OLD fries and I bet they won’t even eat it themselves. She wouldn’t change them I just threw both away when I got home after checking since you can’t really eat them
I only put spent 20-30 because when I order I’m ordering for 4 people and I think the prices are great. I love Taco Bell and this location never disappoints.
