The one thing that I've learned about going to Taco Bell nowadays don't waste your money
Save yourself the trouble and go to the one in Justin or Highland Village. This one is low rated even for a TB. They are always short staffed, get the orders wrong, and incredibly rude to customers who dare to not use the kiosk inside (because we can’t get an acurrate order in the drive thru)
Incredibly slow location. Workers standing around doing nothing. Took 20 minutes to get our food.
Crap customer service don’t even try to pay with cash at this location the workers won’t even acknowledge you and you’ll stand there for 5 minutes. Just awful customer service
