I don't know if my experience is a rare exception, but i come to this taco bell once a month maybe and its usually around noon to 3pm, but I rarely ever have any issues. My food is 90% of the time correct, the employees are always kind or at least neutral, i dont typically experience a long wait, the quality is fine, the parking lot is clean. This place is slow and understaffed, there was one person making food while two others stood around and did nothing. I had placed a mobile order and they said it wasn't there for 10 minutes straight even though it was, it took over 40 minutes to receive two meals. The guy who was "working" the drive through and counter was rude to customers.

There was hair in my food. There was a cockroach in my food. This place is nasty. This needs to be closed down immediately!! I hate this place so much!!
