I ordered online and I asked for extra spicy ranch on my gordita crunch. They even repeated on the speaker that I asked specifically for extra. However there was no ranch at all on it. Usually I can understand mistakes happen when it's busy, but there was only one car in front of me. I typically have a good experience here but I definitely feel that the no ranch was on purpose.
