I stop and got there new chicken bowl and the guy who took my order Scott made sure there was no tomatoes. He was very respectful and kind to a old lady.
I ordered a large nacho fry, and chicken strips, ONLINE for the drive thru. 15 minutes later i arrived there, it wasn’t until 45 minutes later of sitting in the drive through that i got the food. This is insane. not the first time as well. the manager needs to start HIRING. There is no reason that this fast food place is taking as long as a regular restaurant.
We paid for a taco box. There were supposed to be 24 in the box we got home and they shorted us 12. Too late to go back and complain.
Late night bites. Really good customer service. The chicken avocado burrito was good. Very crunchy chicken.
