Staff is always on phone while working with your food… mind you the amount of bacteria on a phone considering most bring it into the bathroom with them… Will ignore costumer for 10 min while ur the only one at the speaker…. Thought this was supposed to be fast food… Go inside and order yourselves thinking it will be faster, nope you just get to see 6 people standing around like they don't know how to make a toco Ask for accomidationis on food like no beans or sum and they will completely mess it up every time and give attitu... read more
Only good when the 3 guys are working
I've been to this relatively new addition in Catskill a handful of times, and let's just say... More like "Live Menos." I don't blame anyone who is working hard in a fast-paced food-service job, but I can definitely blame whoever is in charge of training, quality control, and profiting off the franchise location. It's Taco Time for onboarding bootcamp and hands-on management. Somewhere across the rainbow bridge, that little chihaua is shedding a tear over this establishment. That second star was hard to tap.
