Orders are a bit slow.
"did you get your drink cup?" Are the cups in an accessible location to customers? No? Nope. No cup. Theyll do anything they can to not give you a cup. Even if you paid for a frozen drink. This has happened so many times im not even coming back. Last week i waited to pay with cash and not a single employee said anything to me, even as i made eye contact with multiple of them. Idk. Customer service is shit here. I would've ate in but hey, what's the point if they hold your cup hostage? Might as well go home.
