I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at the Taco Bell in Johns Creek. The manager on duty, Dasesha, was extremely rude, unprofessional, and showed no respect for customers. As a manager, she should set the standard for excellent service, but instead created a very unpleasant experience. This level of behavior is unacceptable, and I feel it deserves to be escalated to Taco Bell Corporate and, if this location is a franchise, to the franchise owner as well.
