These kiosk order units at the front counter are not a good idea. A couple for overflow of people during busy times but no person at counter is not a good idea and I and 2 other people that came in while I was there do not like it. It will cost you business in the long term
I like the self service terminals because realistically trying to navigate special orders holds up a line but with six terminals I always get what I want and no one's put out. Inversely it is a lot harder on the kitchen staff. The information they get isn't clear and the system needs a lot of work on their end. On the user end the software experience could be improved by reducing the number of steps between hitting "pay" and actually paying. This is not the place for advertising and upselling. Didn't give us all our food and won't answer the phone to get it resolved
The service was fast but the lady that did the food handed out the food was snooty hateful and didn't appreciate her just sling in the food out to me Don't know who she was didn't see a name tag on her but yeah she don't need to be handing out food to people you can't have a hateful attitude you got a smile whether you like it or not you got to be friendly customers or you don't need to be working there. I ordered a side of beef taco beef burrito supreme crunchy and a medium Pepsi
