Poor customer service I ordered 5 luxe boxes and the lady taking my order was so rude as if she was so bothered at my $60 order not to mention I have 5 pops with no straws and she had the nerve to hand me 5 boxes out the window and when I politely asked for a bag, she rolled her eyes instead of comment under Her breath which I ignored because she must be very irritated with her job. HOPEFULLY next customer doesn’t get treated this way.
I ordered off DoorDash since my cars out of commission,I ordered a discovery box the one with the steak grilled cheese burrito, I asked for chips and cheese. Paid EXTRA for it, in return I got the free twists that come with it. My burrito burnt like no tomorrow.
service is so slow even when there’s multiple people is the kitchen
The amount of meat in the taco was small, we wanted to order something else and no one showed up to take the order, there was no ice in the machine.
