The customer service here is extraordinary
Food is good when it’s right, and it almost never is. :( They CONSTANTLY get orders wrong, always check them before you leave. They also can’t do any refunds without the main store manager there, so don’t expect to get your money back unless you want to go back the next day.
We had never been to long john silvers. We were getting to go so I went through the drive through. Well... turns out you can't get seafood in the drive through...only tacos. So after waiting in line I parked and went inside. Only took me about ten minutes to get it home. Tarter sauce wasn't good. Breading was still doughy on shrimp and fish. I was very disappointed. The hush puppy was mushy. The server was nice but couldn't take a $100.00 so I had to put it on my credit card . Bummer. I doubt we will go back.
