Would not remake my food after telling them I have a heavy allergy to one of there items. Refused to make it right and the manager would not talk to me. Worst tacobell there is. Just dodge this one and drive a little further. The managers name was Megel.
Absolutely unacceptable. A Taco Bell employee kept my debit card after the drive-thru and made unauthorized charges. I had to cancel my card and file a bank dispute. It’s been two weeks with zero response from management despite multiple attempts to contact them. Do better.
I often frequent this location because it is between my work and my home but a few weeks ago I had a very unpleasant conversation with someone in the drive-through who refused to give me his name and refused to give me a manager’s name and told me that I had to come into the store and talk to someone the next day . Went through drive thru last night and when I got home the Mexican pizza exploded in the bag all over my husbands tacos , I had to clean it up enough so he could have it for lunch the sauce packets had Mexican pizza sauce not a great way to finish a 10 hour shift, I think coaching and slowing down to ensure all containers and closed when putting in bag is a good idea🙃
