Order a Veggie bowl for delivery 2 weekends in a row and both times it had came with shredded chicken. This stinks when its delivery because then we are out a meal for someone because they don’t redeliver just give a discount coupon.
Had the most competent man help me order today, says his name is "Sho". After years, he's been the first to listen, understand, and deliver. Thank you sho!
Although food is bad quality, Employees (08JAN afternoon) are great communicators and have excellent customer service skills
Staff are rude.. Hands out wrong orders... give out food that was obvious left out-our nachos frys were room temp and hard hard... gross. The drink was waterdown and stubtituded without asking us what we would like. Go to a different taco bell, this one is down hill.
I have had multiple horrible encounters with this location specifically. One time I made an order through the app and I can not remember the whole incident, but, our food had been picked up and stolen. I had to physically come to the location to reorder my food. Just a few days ago I ordered through the drive-thru with my family and we had to pull over and go back to get items they forgot.
