I order inside in the kiosk. So did another guy. Same time. Shortly later he received his food. Then 5 more people came in and ordered at the desk, they all receive their food. After waiting more, (mind you I’m standing in front)I asked where is my food?? I ordered 3 items and everyone who has came AFTER me has eaten and some left. The rude Spanish lady says “ one minute” with her finger and proceeds to help another customer who just came in .. I have been shopping at this store for 7 years, but I will no longer do so. In fact, I will never eat at Taco Bell again.
