The tacos where COLD. I want my money back

We came inside to order and eat but only had an hour before we needed to be somewhere. We ordered at the kiosk ant them waited forever for our food. We literally the only ones in the restaurant at the time. We were served our drinks right away but we watched them make numerous orders for the drive thru. After approx 20 minutes or so, I inquired as to what was taking so long and told them we needed to be somewhere shortly. It was then that they actually started to make our food. The Taco Bell on 22nd and Alvernon is the worst one to go to in Tucson. They serve old tortillas and chicken that's as hard as a rock. Dog food is better than their food. Real Talk
