Prices keep going up, quality keeps going down, you can't get plain onions as an add on anymore, destroyed the value of the luxe box, the ai menu looks disgusting. All this while y'all having record profits is ridiculous and disrespectful to your customers
I ordered a crunch wrap supreme with no tomatoes, light on the lettuce, extra cheese. What I got was very little meat,no cheese,no sour cream. For the money they charge now adays...very poor service at this location
if you get chips, be sure to check the box or bag if theyre in there (trust me after 4 times lol). very mild issue tho honestly. they are very good at custom items, its not hit and miss its always good, the workers are extremely kind, and the place is clean. def one of the better locations in town tho
