I had a terrible drive through experience this morning. I initially was greeted with a pleasant and professional cashier. However when he asked for clarification regarding my order, someone else took over his mic and became extremely rude by being short and talking over me. She asked a question but cut me off before I could answer. I asked twice for her NOT to cut me off. I'm not sure if it was the manager or a trainer. What a debacle!!!!! Food was made wrong! Received beef instead of chicken (allergies)! Had to go back for a refund where they actually charged me again then gave me a single refund so they took my money anyway! If you have any interest in getting your order correct avoid this place! Have to start a dispute with my bank now!
Slow crew at night. Day shift is always great!
