I placed an order in the app to pick up on the way home from work. Got in the drive thru, lights and the menus were on, but I wait 10 minutes and no one answers. Pull around and there is a sign on the door "Closed early due to short staff". Now I have to try to get s refund through the app, wasted 20 min, and have to go somewhere else to get food.
This Taco Bell always takes forever to make your food. Even when it’s slow. Some of the workers aren’t even in uniform. Wearing street clothes to make my food is gross. Yesterday I ordered some tacos and they barely had anything in them. I would be embarrassed to serve this to a customer. They obviously didn’t care when I brought it to their attention.
Longest wait of my life. I will never come back 45 minutes total in line. The taco was also smashed under my quesadilla… almost completely flat and food was not freshly made/hot. I could also tell they prepped the drink early - it was dripping in sweat and watered down when I tasted it before I even got my food. GIVE ANOTHER TB LOCATION YOUR TIME/MONEY!!!
New manager Bre wanted to threaten and make out of line remarks to my TEENAGE girls. Told my girls "I'm tired of dealing with ignorant people and was about to catch a charge" when I was told by my daughter's how they were treated and talked to, I called. This woman claims she called her SINGLE employee ignorant (very inappropriate) wouldn't answer why she said "catch a charge".
