Told me at the drive that my order would take 10-15 minutes and I could leave if I wanted to? I ordered a number 8
One of the worst experiences at fast food and by far the worst Taco Bell ever. The only good part was the people working here. Took 15 minutes to order 3 tacos and a burrito. Ice machine was broken, coke machine was leaking all over, and they messed up my tacos... I had requested soft, the lady apologized but I was already late. The burrito was horrible and gritty.
I waste 40 minutes of my time ordering food and they say just wait not even an apologize so I just ask for my refund and leave empty stomach but full of frustration never came back to this location
I was waiting for over an a hour and even then I never received my order. They were super slow and not a single person was at the front. I ended up getting a refund for my order. Never going back and if I could, would’ve given them a 0/10.
I think both Taco Bell or kfc options are only available 2 days out of the month, and on top of that the service is incredibly slow. One worker for lunch time is a joke. I feel terrible for him, but get it together location! Know your high times and when to schedule. Poor food quality due to the one worker just getting completely slammed. It’s awful.
