I typically don’t leave negative reviews but I continue to have horrible experiences at this place. I waited in line for 10 mins then at the speaker to order for another 10 then nearly 15 for my food because when I got to the window he was just ringing it in and re taking my order and it looked to be the same case with the car in front of me . I have been to this location twice now and both times I have gotten stuck at the drive thru for over 15 minutes…make sure you give yourself enough time if visiting this location
After repeating our order 5 times in drive through still did not get our order correct then in drive through told them again our order twice order and was still wrong. Just gave up and left. Still charged for full order and did not receive everything. Horrible customer service and need to have full new training and customer service training
A bad experience. Waited 10 minutes in the restaurant for someone to take my order. Food was not good. This is nothing like the way KFC used to be. Never going back.
Waited 20 minutes at the drive thru for cold food. Cashier was rude and didnt give me the correct change.
