Ordered online for indoor pickup at 9:50pm. Upon arrival at about 10:26 the doors were completely locked on both ends yet there were customers inside. I proceeded back to my car and headed to the drive-thru. The drive-tru added an additional 20 minutes. Finally getting to the pickup window I asked if I could go inside to use the rest room which was the reason for my indoor pickup and was denied. The attitudes of the staff are always on point, i appreciate their warmth. the food is also always on point. sometimes they forget the sauces but thats just one small complaint. Staff here is always cool.
Standing inside, waiting for someone to order two girls in the back laughing and the guy is just staring at his phone horrible customer service
This Taco Bell location really impressed me. The food was fresh and tasty, the service was quick and polite, and the atmosphere was surprisingly clean and welcoming. Everything came out just the way I ordered it, and the staff kept things running smoothly even during a busy time. A great stop when you want something fast but still enjoyable.
