Tighten up
Four stars is absolutely appropriate for this location. I totally agree with what a lot of other reviews say but at the same time also, if you go at a time that isn’t very busy when the drive-through isn’t very long, the food is pretty good. I also live just down the street so I have had many experiences at this location, long and brief.
I had the worst experience this evening, but its not the first time for this location. The ordering process is repetitive because the staff appears to be multi-tasking and not listen to the customers. After a long wait through the drive through, there was no greeting nor smile. Then, the worker refused to add an ice water and decided to argue her case about why she couldnt give it to me.
