Updating my review from 5 stars to 1 star after two back‑to‑back terrible drive thru experiences. On 1/25/26 at ~9pm, the mobile order line was completely ignored. Five cars waiting with no one taking our orders over the speaker while the regular line, which was empty, served new cars as soon as they pulled up. After waiting in the mobile order line for 15 minutes with no response, I pulled forward and let the employee at the window know their speaker system might not be working. I'm sorry I had to cancel my pickup of an Uber eats order. There was no communication and I was running late on another order.
The service is terribly slow despite getting a mobile order. No way to get out of the line once you’re in it. Do better! Have a system To move the line forward.
Stay away from this place. After an hour of waiting never got food and could not get any updates from staff. Place never has proper staff and could be the worst Taco Bell in the entire chain.
