They are so rude, didnt even give me.
Come to Taco Bell to watch the guy watching his phone and not providing any service. I’ve been at the window after ordering for five minutes without him even opening the window or look at me. He is watching something on his phone.
Sadly, I have to write this review. It is the Taco Bell on my way home. At 10:22 I was met with a very unprofessional “what do you want”. The message isn’t streamlined as far as rounding up which made me hesitant to offer any rounding up for education. I am an educator and take pride in helping others, but I’m confused. UPDATED CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!: Went to the drive-thru to pick up my order. I paid for many items, but only received half of them. Didn't find out until I was already home. I called to speak to a manager, and they said to call tomorrow because they are busy. I asked for the general manager's contact info, and they hung up on me. I would recommend this restaurant if you are desperate for overpriced hard-as-a-rock tortillas with a pinch of cheese, but only part of what you order. This is no way to run a business. I went in to order food. Stood at the register for 11 minutes. Not one person came to help me. They had many employees working. Worse than that an employee was sticking his hands deep in the trashcan to dig something out, then never washed his hands. He was the one getting all the drinks and putting food in the boxes and bags. He was touching and putting chips with his dirty bare hands in bags.
