I simply asked for a watercup and the 2 girls at the window gave me attitude and called me a punk saying they don't feel like making a water cup because I look gay. Extremely rude and disrespectful I hope she loses her job and is forced to collect unemployment
The women there were really rude when I was picking up my order. I will never be going back to this spot. Truly baffling how these horrible people are allowed to manage chains, it's bad for business.

The customer service at this location is completely nonexistent. The employees clearly do not want to be there; they completely ignored me while standing at the counter and rolled their eyes when I finally ordered. When I asked for standard items like hot sauce and napkins, they refused to check and claimed they were out. Management needs to retrain this staff on basic hospitality because the current service is unacceptable.
