Stay clear of this location. This is how they give you your food and don't even apologize. This is supposed to be an avocado chicken stacker. Clearly the tortilla fell apart and instead of remaking it the guy just through it in the bag and thought this was acceptable. Taco Bell headquarters in California had been contacted. The employee refused to give me his name and destroyed my receipt (which violates taco bell misconduct).
We just went through the drive thru and ordered the luxe box. They were out of the chicken chulupa and they let us get the grilled cheese burrito instead. Once we got to the window we heard the manager being loud and complaining she's not going to let us have the grilled cheese burrito because its a 10 dollar item (its not $10 its 6.70) and the chicken chulupa is $6. This is the worst Taco Bell in the world. I spent 45 minutes in the drive through one time. Other times it was 30 minutes plus. Please hire more people or close this location.
