Avoid this location at all cost. I went in to order at the kiosk because I ignored the red flag of the drive through looking pretty busy. 30 minutes goes by and I decide to ask one of the 6 teens working there how long they think it might be. One of them tells me 5-10 minutes. Another 20 minutes goes by and I decide enough is enough and go for a refund. Does not offer the online exclusive Luxe box and the staff have no idea why they don't, so the only option is the other Taco Bell at the other end of Mill Plain. No one at this location can say why the lack online items when literally every other Taco Bell in the area can provide it.
31 minutes for 6 cars in drive thru isn’t great. Especially to get cold food.
