Menu screen in drive thru doesn’t work - try to use online menu from phone and am told “that’s an online order option” - I know customer service isn’t what it used to be but really…equip your facility or shut the doors
This location has gone downhill. It’s a shame because it’s near my house too. I ordered from here several weeks ago and the sour cream tasted off and the chicken on my quesadilla tasted rubbery. A week ago I decided to give this location another try, thinking they just had an off day and I barely got any meat in my cheesy Gordita crunch, and my soft potato taco had like 3 potatoes in it. I’d go to another Taco Bell in town instead of this one.
Drive thru menu doesn’t work. Pulled around and went inside. When someone finally acknowledged me, they said it’s been broken for a couple weeks. Location is basically a ghost kitchen at this point: order your slop on the app then go pick it up.
AI order bot in drive through, it doesn’t understand you if you are trying to ask a question or modify an order.
New ordering system is hot garbage. The young lady in the drive thru was very kind and helpful with correcting the errors that your system made. She deserves a raise for dealing with the mess that system makes.
