They have charged me for changing my protein and have not followed directions multiple times. I call this one the forbidden Taco Bell for how many times they’ve messed up my orders -10/10
Taco supreme, ordered 2. Very little meat, too much sour cream. Both had the same issue. Very cold female shift lead wouldn't remake them because I ate part of both. Very poor customer service. Evan who took my order at drive thru and served me was awesome. Now my story. I usually eat across the street at their main competitor....DT!! Fast and friendly staff.
Service is slow, but food tasted good. Drive through and inside wait we're at about 20+ min.
It literally just took over 25 minutes to make 1 order? I would guess that they need more employees. Don't do delivery!
