I placed an order in store and wanted to pay cash. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes but was just being ignored so I finally sat down to wait for someone to call out my order so I could pay. I waited anywhere from 20-30 minutes before I saw someone who placed their order 5 minutes ago get theirs first. After that I walked out. I’ve worked at restaurants before and know how rushes can be and how stressful it is when it’s busy, but this was at 9, almost 10pm. No one should be waiting almost half an hour.
Just ordered DoorDash and when we got our order the cheese quesadilla had no cheese just the tortilla folded over. They wouldn’t answer the phone. To fix the problem. Sad sad This was for kids.

Me and my husband were driving home from a road trip and we wanted to get something to eat since we were on the road all day. We arrived at the Taco Bell at 3 an hour before closing and they would not serve us. When we drove past the worker ducked his head to make sure we didn’t see him. I would have preferred if he would have just said they were no longer serving food for the night at least. It would have been okay but to try and hide yourself and pretend you’re no longer open is ridiculous.
