Edit for Update. Not only did they never pick up there phone calls they also never issued a refund. They left it pending until the bank canceled it today, instead of canceling the order themselves. This has been my home town late night rescue meal after a late shift for many years. I don’t know what happened, but these last few weeks the night crew has rapidly disintegrated into a bafflingly incompetent mess. 20+ minute wait times for straight forward, unmodified menu items — consistently. Worst Taco Bell I ordered online and they gave my a a hot Pepsi with no ice and the fries where cold with no seasoning on them, this is the worse experience I’ve had with Taco Bell !!!!!
Absolutely terrible literally waited for my order for about 30 minutes. There were at least 25 people in there. It was so packed. Everyone was waiting long times no one at the front desk to take orders. Try to get a staff’s attention and they ignore you instead of ensuring you that your order will be out shortly. If you guys are still understaffed why not close the inside?
