I ordered the Discovery Luxe Box and was disappointed. The chalupas - I can’t even explain how they were. Stale, dry, tasted a day old and put together in such a horrible way. The chips also tasted stale as well. Burrito no flavor at all The only thing decent was the Mountain Dew Baja Blast. I keep trying to give this place chance after chance and it seems their employees and management don’t care.
I just wanted to give who ever was working drive through at 6:18 pm on a Wednesday evening a shout out because she was so nice!! Made me wanna donate 2 dollars to whatever cause she was talking about. Sumn about helping kids graduate idk tbh I didn’t really care I was just so surprised to have received such amazing customer service at a taco bell that is so rare and I hope taco bell realizes that she is a true asset to the team. Wishing her much success !!!
