1. Use of AI that kept messing up our order at the drive in. It was awful to deal with on a cold winter night. 2. We got our food, all of the burritos were riped open and spilling their contents out. 3. I've only gone to this location 2 times and both times they've given me incorrect items, destroyed items or forgotten things.
Decent taco bell. Clean, fast, and accurate. Friendly service. Great teamwork and communication. Immediately fix any mistakes. Not the best layout inside or parking lot. The black woman with the dreads at the drive through window never says anything to indicate the order is complete.
Danny is extremely helpful every time I come into this location. Definitely the best customer service I’ve experienced around here.
