I have been coming to this taco bell for 2 years now and never had an issue like tonight, messing up a taco or forgetting to remove an item of a taco is one thing, however burning half of my food to the point of not knowing which burrito is which and the other half of the order being wrong is not okay. This Taco Bell used to be on top of their food and service, but they’ve gone extremely downhill over the past month or so. Every time I’ve ordered, I’ve gotten a cheese quesadilla with no sauce, along with some other items. Every time, I’ve instead received a chicken quesadilla and often received attitude from staff when I’ve asked them to fix it. Will be finding a new Taco Bell going forward.
we came on August 3rd the lady working the drive thru at 2 taking orders was extremely rude and nasty and shouldn’t have a job in customer service if she hates talking to people and taking orders
Horrible service. I went to order food and the lady told me I can’t place an order for more than $10. Half the meals cost more than $10 They lost me as a customer.
