Ordered delivery for pick up and noticed one of my items was missing no biggie it happens it was one of my those two piece cinnamon desserts. The drive thru window girl was very sweet and sympathetic said shed get it right out. The food was disgusting 🤮 I often eat taco bell and didn't think this one would be soooooo different from the others. The food was cold 🥶 and not edible. I spent about 20 bucks just to eat a bite of each and throw away.
I am extremely disappointed with this KFC location. Every single time I order from here, my order is wrong. I specifically ask for drumsticks, and instead of simply telling me they are unavailable, they just give me wings without saying anything. This has happened multiple times. It feels dishonest and careless. If you don’t have what I ordered, communicate that clearly. Do not substitute items without asking.
