The food was disgusting 🤮 I often eat taco bell and didn't think this one would be soooooo different from the others. The food was cold 🥶 and not edible. I spent about 20 bucks just to eat a bite of each and throw away.
I am extremely disappointed with this KFC location. Every single time I order from here, my order is wrong. I specifically ask for drumsticks, and instead of simply telling me they are unavailable, they just give me wings without saying anything. This has happened multiple times. It feels dishonest and careless. If you don’t have what I ordered, communicate that clearly. Do not substitute items without asking. The Mexican pizza shell tasted horrible…like stale grease.
These guys have a HARD time taking directions its almost shocking. I live down the street from this establishment and I can count on one hand how many times ive had my order made correct. Im not sure if its the operators or the drive through interface but these guys cannot follow simple order instructions, if you go here expect your order to be made incorrect.
