We had an absolutely horrible experience at this Taco Bell location and will not be returning. The drive-through employee taking our order was extremely impatient and rude from the beginning. When we were trying to make our payment, she became impatient, yelled at us, made fun of us, and even cursed at the customer. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The employee handling drive-through orders was inpatient, disrespectful, made fun of the customer, and displayed behavior that came across as racist. Despite specifically asking for no meat, the food was prepared incorrectly with meat added. Very disappointing and unacceptable experience at this Taco Bell. The employee taking drive-through orders was extremely rude, insulted the customer, made fun of them, and behaved in a way that felt racist and discriminatory. We clearly requested food without meat, but they added meat to the order anyway. When we tried to address the issue, the staff continued to be disrespectful and seemed to gang up on the customer.
