Drove in the Drive up for those delicious seasoned fries. Used the app .. surprisingly, it defaulted to a different location and purchased the fries far away from me. Oy!! At the window, I was lucky that the manager, Jackson, was handling my order. He took my phone, canceled the app order and got the refund for me. Such excellent customer service. Got our fries... all is great. Thanks folks!
