Make sure to order extra, because they will surely forget at least 30% of your order. I’ll be honest, going up in West Des Moines, I didn’t understand the Taco Bell Hype. That was until I went to literally any other Taco Bell. Do yourself a favor. On a Saturday night, when you’re drunk, desperate for subpar beef and plastic cheese, skip this Taco Bell. You’ll only find your self sad, guilty and burrio-less.

Terrible customer service. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for a DoorDash order when I tried to say something the workers would not listen. They saw me but they did not do anything to acknowledge me or ask what I needed. Terrible customer service do better.
