The kiosk ordering was a little confusing but we figured it out. However, a kiosk doesn't replace customer service! We were handed our food but not our drinks. We wait about 5 minutes until we just grabbed the cups ourselves! At least someone should be available to help with the kiosk and/or make sure orders are ready as ordered!
I had a very frustrating experience at this Taco Bell. I ordered two combo meals: one with 3 Doritos Locos Tacos and 2 soft tacos, and another with a Doritos Locos Taco. I was informed that all of the Doritos taco shells were broken. The employee was very polite and offered to substitute them and even offered a free chocolate cake for the inconvenience. Always and i mean always check your food its 90% wrong or they forgot something ....everytime i go
