25 minute wait and had to repeat my small order 3 times to the lady….when I got to the window, I swear she was stoned out of her mind and lost. What seemed to be the manager next to her realized she was lost and pretty much took over…
Unfortunately these employees are upset you are even there. As if they can be in business without its patrons. Despite having had a track record for always missing items in the bag, I’ve visited this location because it’s the closest location to me. When you address the missing items, it’s like you’re inconveniencing them. I don’t know what happened to Taco Bell but Quesadillas were dry and burnt & the tacos barely had anything in them. The meat tasted like dog food. Kukas lane Waterbury ct
Sat at the window for 6+ minutes before anyone opened the window. The cashier fiddled with her headset multiple times. No apologies for the 25 minute wait prior to getting to the window. The car in front of us waited there 10 minutes.
