Signed up for the rewards program. Says they give you a free item. Nothing! Sorry but if you offer a free item, I shouldn’t have to ask for it. So I didn’t. Then the drive-thru didn’t give me any napkins with my Taco supreme order. Luckily, I had some paper towels in my car. Bad service
Waited 30 minutes when I was the only one here the whole time. Decided to leave because I wasn't getting the order. Unless they personally know you outside of work, they won't serve you 🤷🏻♀️.
She had Excellent Customer service skills. The Employee @ Taco Bell drive thru and Dine In location at thomaston Ave, Waterbury. Will definitely order again.
