Ordered food and ended up waiting 20 minutes and there was nobody else in line. Also made customizations to my food and nothing was correct. Do better.
This is the third time I have been there this month and the food quality has just been so bad my tacos are soggy they don’t get my order right my cinnamon twist tasted like soapy chemical honestly I don’t usually leave reviews but something needs to change I don’t know if it’s the staff or what but cmon Taco Bell you need to up ur game a bit so unprofessional!!!!
Was told that they would refuse to take my order in the drive thru there because there was too long of a line inside? I mean, honestly whoever told this kid to refuse customers' money needs to be fired
